  • Service charges must be paid as per the quotation or invoice issued by Seller Seva.
  • Payments are non-refundable once a service has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
  • Seller Seva reserves the right to pause or terminate services in case of non-payment, chargeback, or delayed payments beyond the due date.

All prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as per prevailing GST regulations.

    Seller Seva will not be held liable for delays or errors caused due to incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seller Seva strives for accuracy and efficiency, but shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of sales, revenue, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use our Services or Website.

8. Confidentiality

All client data, marketplace credentials, and project details are treated as strictly confidential. Seller Seva will not disclose any client information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the client in writing.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed contract. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.
